Rebooting my Health - More Energy

September 30, 2011
Many of our clients are aware that we work with Cynthia Hill from www.fyicynthia.com, a Health Counselor.   She has often provided very good food tips on a healthy lifestyle which fits in very well with organic cleaning.  Well my husband and I are now doing our first Detox together!  It starts tomorrow.  I'm a little nervous I must admit as I have never done anything like this before.  But I'm glad to have a partner!

This is a three-day cleanse that I decided to do over the weekend.   Let's see how I feel back at work on Monday!

I am going to try to post my feelings and experiences daily.

Stay tuned....

A Natural Stain Remover?

September 28, 2010
Many heavy duty stain removers, where effective, are not good for our environment.  Lemons are great stain removers!  Yes, those inexpensive yellow pieces of fruit we often use for decoration.  Remember though, they have a bleaching action so when using with clothing be sure to work quickly and then rinse and wash clothing immediately.

Here are 5 ways lemons can help remove stains:
  1. Do you love berries but hate the stains on your hands? Rub a little lemon juice and watch them wash away..

About Me

Adrienne Greenwood Green is not only my favorite color and included in my name, it is also a way of life I seek to pursue. I appreciate and love our environment and surroundings, so full of wonderful shades of green. Each day presents a new opportunity to show my respect for it. Together with my husband and our two fur-children, we are making an effort.
