If you are not completely satisfied with your house cleaning, call within 24 hours and we will be glad to re-clean the problem area or areas at no cost.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand there are times when you might need to cancel or change your cleaning service appointment. We ask that you please give us 48 hours cancellation notice. If you cancel less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, there is a $35 cancellation fee due on or before your next scheduled cleaning. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours of the scheduled start time, the full amount of the cleaning is due. The full amount of the cleaning is also due if Greenwood Cleaning arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the home.
